Dance Jam Pacific Grove is an ecstatic dance serving the greater Monterey Bay area. A space to dance, with or without partners, in a freestyle manner, to a wide range of lively, danceable music inspired by guest DJs and occasional live music. It is smoke-free, alcohol-free and definitely family friendly!

Wear comfortable clothes, dance shoes or bare feet and bring plenty of water. Transform your energy: rejoice, relax, release, recharge.

 Hamid strives for deepening consciousness through dance. "If we could express ourselves fully authentically, with total freedom, what would that look like? On the dance floor and in daily life?"

Theo is always bringing in new tunes. An accomplished music mixer, he reads the spirit of the dance floor with fluid creativity.

Saša is committed to facilitating others in finding a direct dialog with their SOMA - a connected, listening, awake, heartful body that can be a resource for everyday centering, deep healing, self-expression and relationships with others. Her dance studies include Soul Motion and 5 Rhythms.
